Changing The Case Of An Object in MDS

October 22, 2018 by neal Leave a Comment

One question that comes up from time to time is how to change the case of an object once it is created in MDS. This can be done for a variety of reasons and it’s really easy to do.

In this example we’ll change “Sampleattribute” to “SampleAttribute”.

1. Select the attribute and click “Edit”.

2. The “Sampleattribute” is displayed on the right.
3. Simply rename the “Name” and “DisplayName” to something different and click “Save”.
4. Change the “Name” and “DisplayName” to the correct value and click “Save”.
5. Now the attribute has the correct case.
